Halloween: H20- A "Maternal" Moment

Halloween: H20 is a very effective and engaging sequel to a franchise that was considered dead after the overly serious Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers (Chappelle, 1995). Just for the record, however, I love all of the films in the original franchise. There are many great scenes in H20, but the following clip is one of my favorites. In it, Janet Leigh, who portrays Laurie's secretary, gives her a bit of "maternal" advice. It was wonderful to see Jamie Lee Curtis on screen with her real life mother, and the inclusion of the car from Psycho (Hitchcock, 1960) was a lovely touch.
